Galina + Max are two of my good friends. Their one-year anniversary just passed and Galina ordered this custom card to give to Max. Inspired by their actual wedding (you’ll find photos of that via here), I recreated the ceremony site decor, her dress, and his suit — but of course in paper form. And added a sign post with the reason for such a card.

My husband is an avid guitar player, so I was thrilled when a gal ordered this for her guy friend. I almost convinced myself that I was actually making this card for my husband. It became such a personal card to me, even though it was for someone else…

I get all giddy when my customers order custom cards — for themselves. I secretly blush over on this end. It’s not every day someone orders a card just to have one of my creations sitting on their desk. This was one of those cards. The gal has a passion for shoes and has one too many, so therefore, a shoe heaven had to be created for her.
