Inspire. Palette #75: Golden Girl

Who says sweetly golden parties are only for spring and summer? This is a custom palette I made for one my brides who is getting married next August, but I’m sharing it with you now…at the end of October. Skip the orange and the brown this fall and embrace pink, silver, and gold.

Be a golden girl…

These are just too sweet: this chandelier via West Elm; this sweet bouquet via Simply Bloom {found via Elizabeth Anne}; this sparkly dress via Nordstrom; these golden bangles {image source unknown}; this glittery table setting via Kellie Kano {found via Elizabeth Anne Designs}; this pink gown via Martha Stewart Weddings; this living space via House and Home; and this delightful cupcake via Grey Likes Weddings.

This custom card speaks for itself. It was made to be a humorous birthday card from one friend to another. And yes, that is a Russian grandma in a kasinka. The Russian folk will definitely understand this card.

Coming Soon: The Autumn Collection

October 6, 2011

Happy Thursday folks! I’m completely in love with the autumn season. Jackets, scarves, falling golden leaves, and this total freshness all around. And then I start listening to my Nat King Cole Pandora station like no other music exists. But my most favorite part of the autumn season is the closeness of friends and family. After all the summer activities come to a close and the weather takes a turn towards the chilly, we all tend to stay indoors sipping apple cider and playing board games. And when we’re up for it, dash out into the rain to play in the mud when we go visit the pumpkin patch and corn maze. God is so good to bless us with friends and family. I don’t know what I would do without them.

What do you love most about autumn?

Well, since this is the autumn season, I’m finally releasing a set of cards into my shop. I’m excited about this because I haven’t released any new cards into my shop for a while now since I’ve been wrapping up summer projects until now. Up above is a preview of one of the cards from the collection. This collection will be released on Monday, the 10th of October, into my Etsy Shop. Look for it then!
