KRAFTING ROMANCE

It’s Heather of Heather Spriggs! This time of year as seasons change and we begin to look forward to the upcoming holidays, I begin dreaming of romantic solutions to crafty projects. Drawing inspiration from nature in material choices is always the first place I look. For the summer it was burlap and crisp linen mixed with twine as you can see in the styling I did for the pages of my latest project, Gatherings Magazine. Now heading towards Autumn and Winter I’ve shifted focus to Kraft paper and white doilies. I especially love how a little dose of white with the neutral Kraft paper makes for instant romance and a touch of modern. Whether it’s wedding invitations, gift wrapping or party decor, Kraft paper might be just the option for creating a romantic setting for your next event. (and its quite economical too!)

Thank you Anastasia for letting me be a part of your beautiful world today! It has been truly an honor!

Hello pretty paper goods lovers! This is Megan from Glamour and Grace filling in for Anastasia while she has some much needed time off. I thought I would take one of my favorite inspiration boards from way back when I first started blogging and give it some new life. I just love this rich and whimsical color palette. The rich plum tones are perfect for fall and so elegant. My favorite detail is the fruit centerpiece. Plums, grapes, and figs have such a great color and are an unexpected addition to the table. And for any romance infused wedding, a stunning flowing gown is a must! Preferably with you at some point frolicking an a breathtaking flower field!

This is Anna from In Honor of Design. First of all, thank you so much for having me as a guest on your gorgeous space! I really am honored to be a guest here. I wanted to share with you all some beautiful fall packaging ideas using kraft paper as a base. I kind of go crazy over cool packaging. I am guilty of buying something just because it was wrapped prettily;) I tend to think it’s like a gift in itself when someone puts time and effort into the outside wrapping. There are hundreds of colors and textures you can add to kraft paper! These are just a few ideas. Hope you enjoy the round up!

Hello lovely readers of Anastasia Marie, we are Brancoprata, a portuguese wedding company!!! We are so happy to guest post while Anastasia Marie is off celebrating the 1 year blog anniversary!! Today we want to share a Love session we did with Sara and Pedro, a sweet Portuguese couple who’s wedding was last Fall. One of the great things about this type of shoot is that both photographer and couple can relax and enjoy the shoot without stressing out with time and guests being on the venue waiting for them! Plus.. how fun is to put your dress on a few months after the wedding?

The couple wanted to do the shoot on the Botanical Garden, in Porto. The scenery is quite romantic and the fact they were surrounded by beautiful gardens made them feel even more inspired!

Hello there,

it’s Alla from Blossoming Branches. It’s a joy to be blogging for the adorable miss Anastasia.

I understand that you can’t judge a book by its cover; however, I believe that a great book deserves a great cover. I reckon the same concept goes for chocolate. Delicious chocolate just deserves awesome packaging. It makes sense, don’t you think? The Mast Brothers think so too. Not only is their chocolate scrumptious, but so is the design on their paper packaging.

If someone delivered a pack of these babies to you, would you display them or eat them? Yeah, that’s a hard one to answer.
